Brittany and Travis both grew up traveling the world because of their military families. When they met on a blind date, they instantly connected over their shared way of life. A lot of the planning for their Tallahassee, Florida wedding happened from Moscow, Russia where Brittany’s mother was living. The ceremony took place at the same church where Travis proposed! They envisioned a day filled with flowers (we love the pastel peach and green of her bouquet!), the father of the groom’s Old 1967 Dodge 100 as a getaway car, homemade pies, mismatched bridesmaid dresses, both military fathers in full uniform, hand-sewn handkerchiefs, and hand-dyed silk ribbon details. It ended in a true Southern-fashion: sipping sweet tea and dancing with family and friends. Ais Portraits is behind the lens.
