If you haven’t started your holiday shopping already, you probably will soon with all the cyber sales going on this week and next! I wanted to share with you a few of my personal favorites that make great gifts this season for all the ladies on your list. I’ll also be sharing a gift guide made entirely of beauty items over on Sweet Violet Beauty soon, so be sure to check there too! I wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving with your family and friends! I’ll be taking a short break from the blog (even bloggers need a breather!) and will see you back here next week. Happy shopping! xo – Naomi

Holiday Gift Guide 2014 - Sweet Violet Bride

  1. The Forest Feast is one of my favorite cookbooks recently. It is not only full of healthy vegetarian recipes, but is a gorgeous addition to your book collection. Photographer and artist Erin Gleeson’s seasonal recipes are paired with her watercolor illustrations inspired by her forest surroundings. I also love how her recipes are super easy! $35.
  2. The Rifle Recipe Box is a vintage-inspired tin designed by Rifle Paper Co. It comes with 12 letterpressed dividers and 24 recipe cards. It is beautifully made and will be the perfect gift for those just starting their collection of recipes. It pairs great with The Forest Feast, above. $34.95.
  3. Seal your packages with gold washi tape like the ones in the Metallic Washi Tape Set from Paper Source. This little set makes a great stocking stuffer too! $16.95 for 5 rolls.
  4. You can never have enough throw pillows! Especially beautiful ones like this hand-block-printed pillow cover ($26) and truffle brown Shisha pillow cover ($44) embellished with sparkling mirrored glass and intricate hand-stitched embroidery. Covers and inserts sold separately from Luna Bazaar.
  5. If you want your home to smell like the holidays but in a non-headache causing way, then this Mexican Cocoa Deluxe Soy Candle from Pacifica is exactly what you’re looking for. It is made with vegetable soy wax, lead-free wick, and essential and natural oils. It has a rich, dark scent of Mexican chocolate with notes of bitter almond, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. $22 for 10oz.
  6. For those who love to DIY and pretty their homes with wreaths no matter the season, The Wreath Recipe Book is a treasure-trove filled with gorgeous recipes for wreathes throughout the seasons. $18.60 on Amazon Prime.
  7. A new phone case is always a safe bet when it comes to gift giving and these Slim Shell Cases for iPhone 6 from PureGear are some of my favorite. $24.99. Available in 7 colors (I have one in white), these cases are hard and durable, but super sleek. Know someone who could use one with a little extra shock protection? The DualTek Extreme Shock Case is also amazing and gives great protection with minimal bulk. $34.99.
  8. For the lip product lover, the Lip Love Ultimate Rescue Kit from BITE Beauty is a great gift. It is available at Sephora.com for $36 and contains 2 lush lip wipes, whipped cherry fruit scrub, BB for lips in Tawny, and a mini agave lip mask. See my review here.
  9. If you know someone who hasn’t discovered the joy of eos lip balms yet, then this Holiday 2014 Limited Edition Lip Balm 3-pack Inspired by Rachel Roy is the perfect stocking stuffer! Inspired by travel and the warm sun, this trio was inspired by fashion designer Rachel Roy and includes brand-new, limited edition flavors Indian Summer Orange Blossom, Aloha Hawaii Strawberry Kiwi, and St. Barth’s Sunrise Pink Grapefruit. USDA-certified organic and 100% natural. The pink grapefruit one alone is worth buying this for! It’s amazing! $9.99.
  10. If you’re looking for something somewhat luxurious then the Akari Gold Massager from Tatcha is a thoughtful and beautiful gift. This gold-leafed facial massager’s elegant shape was inspired by Japanese acupressure and it can be heated or cooled to maximize benefits to the skin. It can be used daily to awaken skin, release tension and detoxify through lymphatic cleansing. It comes in a pretty little wood box on a bed of violet silk with instructions for message techniques. $195.
  11. This Rose Accessory Pouch is SO cute! Whoever receives it will love it. It is plenty big to throw your makeup into for a weekend, or to be used as a clutch. I’ve used mine for both. $24.95.
  12. For the beauty enthusiast the Tarte Chic to Cheek Deluxe Amazonian Clay Blush Set from their Sweet Dreams Holiday Collection is too cute to pass up. It contains four mini blushes in the prettiest shades. Formulated without: parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, triclosan, sodium lauryl sulfate, and gluten. See my review here. $35.

  14. White Organza Star String Lights from Luna Bazaar are a beautiful addition to any home, apartment, or dorm room. They’ll add warmth and whimsy to any space. I have mine strung above my desk and absolutely love them! $33.50 for 9.5-foot strand.
  15. Give her something sparkly and festive. These Celestial Drops from BaubleBar are the perfect pair of earrings to wear during the holidays but also any time of year. $34.
