Today’s styled wedding sweeps us away to an enchanted wood, where the ferns grow tall and the moss is green as emeralds. There are few things, in my opinion, as magical as a woodland wedding. Grace of Grace and Jaden Photography put this styled shoot together with the help of her family in the woods near their Oregon home and used many items from her own wedding. I’m in love with all the details, from the hand-stamped silverware and green and amber place settings to the fairytale gown and woodland headpiece. This shoot evokes whimsy and delight and I hope it inspires you as much as it did me!

I’ve always been inspired by the Oregon home where I grew up, nestled deep in a beautiful enchanted forest. For this styled shoot I wanted to draw from that inspiration in a simple way, letting the beautiful location, and natural elements shine without too much clutter. My mom and dad, who are eclectic stylistic masterminds, were the obvious choice to help us put it all together. Between them and my mother-in-law we had almost everything we needed for this stylized wedding. Most of the décor was actually used in my own wedding back in 2008. There were so many wonderful vendors that gladly jumped on board, and together we came up with the second part of our stylized bridal series, The Enchanted Forest.
