2014 beckons another year of gorgeous designer wedding gowns and I’ve been scouring the new collections this week, hot off the runway. There are five main trends I’ve noticed so far: color, texture, statement necklines, metallic, and sleeves. I’ve collected here a few of my favorites from each of these categories for you to ohh and ahh over. It’s nearly impossible to pick a favorite, though I have to say I’ve caught myself daydreaming about wearing one of the sparkling illusion neckline gowns by Reem Acra or Monique Luillier…or the lustrous Theia Couture gown that looks to be made of a thousand silver petals. I’m so excited to see some of these showing up in real weddings over the next year! What about you? What’s your favorite style?
