There is always news of couture wedding dress designers, but what of fabulous couture shoes? I’m a shoe person, and I simply could not resist sharing with you one of the best wedding shoe designers in the world. Freya Rose (with a name like that she must have been destined for making pretty things!) is based in London, and specializes in couture footwear for weddings and special occasions. Her breathtaking designs are works of art that include freshwater pearls, Parisian lace, mother of pearl, and intricate botanical detailing. These are a few of my favorite romantic and ethereally elegant designs. Just looking at them I feel as if I’m in a fairytale!
