More images from the runway last week! Claire Pettibone, another of our favorite bridal designers debuted her Spring 2016 collection at Spring Bridal Fashion Week in NYC. The collection is called Romantique, but we think it could also be aptly called Prairie Chic! The gowns, with names like Dakota, Prairie Rose, Maybelle, and Montana were styled with cowboy boots and black leather cowboy hats. A fresh departure from what we’ve seen from this designer before, but these gowns are still distinctly hers with their feminine sheath and A-line silhouettes, flower appliques, illusion necklines, and delicate shoulder details. Inspired by fashion of the Victorian West this collection features gathered high necklines, cotton lace sheathes, and several black gowns that completely defy tradition. If you’re getting married at a barn, in a meadow, or in the Rocky Mountains, we say these are just the ticket.
