One of my absolute favorite things to include in a wedding (or any party) is a bit of shimmer and shine. Glitter, sparkle, fairy dust, whatever you want to call it – it is unequivocally pretty. And I don’t know about you, but whenever I see something sparkly I simply cannot help but feel filled with joy and unabashed girliness. It is especially beautiful to liven up a winter wedding, mirroring the sparkly snow outdoors, but in my opinion, any month of the year is great for glitter! Shades of silver, gold, and blush tend to keep it elegant and classy – and these three shades pair wonderfully with graceful neutrals as well as bold colors. From shimmering gowns, to twinkled tips, and gleaming cakes – you can add a touch of sparkle to just about anything. Whether you wish to use glitter as a delicate accent to your décor, or full out glitter bomb your wedding it will surely bring a smile to you and your guests.
