I’m constantly fascinated with animals and our environment. In creating animal portraits I attempt to capture the spirit of each one, to somehow preserve it with the personality of the creature intact. I offer animal portraits in soft pastels and landscape paintings, mostly oil on canvas. Animal portraits make a wonderful gift of celebration for the animals in our lives, whether in the now or in memory. I paint landscapes to capture a moment in time from beautiful Earth.
Pet portraits make wonderful wedding gifts, especially for couples who include their pet in their wedding celebrations.
